Greetings farm friends! This week our spring CSA customers will receive head lettuce, salad mix, baby beets, snap peas, cilantro and radishes. We also picked a lot of greens, salad, herbs and flowers for our online store, and we have some extra snap peas! What a treat!
This week, we are excited to finally have our own pasture-raised, pasture-finished beef for sale! This has been a long time coming, as the COVID pandemic pushed most custom processors out 12-18 months!! We found a new, small, USDA-certified processor to work with, and we are pleased to have a variety of cuts available in the coming months. We’re offering some great prices for bundles of quality, local meat this week to help us cover the cost of processing. If you just want a package or two every week or so, we’ll have options for that soon as well.
