Greetings farm friends! This week, our spring CSA members will receive beets, baby carrots, snap peas, salad mix, radishes, and collards. This marks week 5 of our spring CSA, which means the regular season CSA will be starting soon, and produce variety will keep increasing! The cool, wet weather doesn’t help every crop, but its making a bumper crop of peas, salad greens, and other cool-weather crops.
We added a large variety of items to our online store as well (produce, eggs, beef, and herbs!). We would encourage you to let your friends and neighbors know about us also. As always, we appreciate your support! Maybe Farmer Flora will get a carrot cake this week with some of the extra carrots (I’m looking at you, Trent!).
